I hope all’s well. Looking forward to this years Soundwave festival coming to Australia next week in February.
I am hoping to catch up with some of the bands for a yap about what good mental health means for them. Aussie rockers King Parrot will be a highlight on stage, along with Slipknot, Slash, Nothing more, and just about the whole bill really.
Metal and hard rock music is a great healer in my opinion. It is positive, motivating and powerful. In my experience, through my travels, the metal community are among the most generous, respectful, non judgemental and decent folk you will ever meet, so get out to a gig near you and know you’ll be amongst friends.
Keep a look out for your fave band playing at a pub near you if you can’t get to Soundwave.
